Here are a number of photos showing some of the different projects I have undertaken and a few of the bespoke steel fabrications I have made for customers.

Checking the layout and dimensions of a single wheel bicycle trailer specifically built to a customers requirements for camping tours around Europe.

The main frame was made from 1/2″Ø X 16 gauge ERW tubing.  Alas, my digital camera and its SD card were stolen along with all the photos I’d taken of this single wheel bicycle touring trailer when it was finished .

Camel Saddle frames are one of the many varied things that I make.

This is a 2 seater/person steel frame for a Dromedary (single hump) Camel that I made:

Another very satisfied customer!

Mark the Magician and street performer popped over to try out and collect his “one-legged” stage stool, and he was astounded by the extremely high quality of my workmanship; something that is often lacking when performers stage props are made by others.
Mark was especially impressed with the welds which were all done using my R-Tech ProMig 250-1 inverter Mig welder.

A pair of heavy duty 10 bucket display stands I have made for a local florists.

The available stands previously and currently on offer from the usual retail shop fitting supply companies are just not up to the job hence me making  exactly what is needed.

Bespoke Gymnasium gantry. 6m X 4m X 2.5m

This job is too big for my workshop, so I was working in the garden again today. 2 off 6mtr long Gym gantries. Made from 60 x 60 x 3 box for the rails and 25 x 25 x 3 box for the “X” stiffener supports.

On each gantry there’s 596 welds all done with 0.8mm A18 wire laid down by trusty R-Tech 250-1 mig welder.

3 hours each to mark out, cut, drill and tack up and then about 2 hours each to weld making a total of about for 10 hours.

Bespoke over head “16 cubby” shoe & boot rack to suit a specific curve in a ceiling.

Made from 50mm X 50mm X 3mm thick square galvanised steel mesh.  No welds: galvanised gabion crimps used throughout.

Apologies for the sun glare in the photos.
